Intake sessions are $175, and regular 50-minute sessions are $150. Each session is a space to explore emotions, build skills, and strengthen connection—whether for your child or yourself.

I am in-network and accepting the following insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United/Optum. If I’m not in-network for your plan, I can provide a superbill so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. I also accept HSA and FSA cards.

Yes, I offer secure telehealth sessions for eligible clients when in-person sessions aren’t possible or preferred.

Yes. The first play therapy session is with the caregiver(s) only. This helps me gather important background information, understand your child’s needs, and set goals for therapy. Caregivers remain an active part of the process through follow-up caregiver sessions and may sometimes join the end of a session for updates and collaboration.
